Condition: Watercolor in good condition. Frame has some scuffs and minor dings, and notably one area of missing wood at lower right that has been touched up with paint.
This appears to be a watercolor painting layered over a 1905 photomechanical print by New York artist, Warren B. Davis (1965-1928), entitled "Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder." The artist of the watercolor is unknown.
